Fused Welding Flux HJ260

Type and Characteristics
HJ250 is a fused aluminate basic type flux for welding and surfacing for general stainless steels put to use HOCr21Ni10 and HOCr20Ni10Ti welding wires.
The flux can be used on DC, the wire electrode should be connected tho the “+” pole.
Grain size: 2.0-0.28mm(10-60mesh).

MnO=2-4, SiO2=29-34, CaF2=20-25,
Al203 =19-24, MgO=15-18, CaO=4-7,
FeO≤1.0, S≤0.060, P≤0.080.
