Description
HJ801 is a fused manganese-silicate slag type flux for welding reinforcing bar forced vertically in cast-in-situ concrete structure of the wall、the chimney、the damand the column. This kind of flux for electro-slag pressure welding can save the consumption of steel and improve the efficience of linking construction, along with, ensure the quality of cast-in-situ concrete, and it has been applied well-spreadly.
The flux has very good operability. Generally, striking easily and the arc is stable. Fused slag has good conductivity in welding procedure, the shape of overlap is well-proportioned、bring and clean. The flux has good slag detachability and the weld butt has good mechanical strength.
The flux can be used for welding any kind of diameter specifications of II grade or III grade reinforcing bar. According to the requirement of the customers, we offer some kind of mesh range of flux to be chosen.
General Grain size:2.5~0.45mm.(8-40mesh)
The flux should be left with in the storehouse. If it became damp, it would be redried at 250-300℃,2h. To retrieve the flux, must get rid of the slag and the impurity, and combining with the new flux, then you can use it.
